Any tickets purchased with Event Exchange Insurance can be transferred to an alternate date in accordance with the terms and conditions.

All other tickets are non-transferable.

Tickets are non-refundable so please check your order carefully when making a purchase.

Tickets will be sent to you by email once the booking is complete. If you have not received your tickets, please check your spam folder.

There is a single barcode that contains all the tickets from the transaction which will be scanned on arrival.

Pink Flamingo Brisbane is open every Thursday, Friday, and Saturday, showcasing four world-class resident productions over seven performances each week.

The Pink Flamingo Spiegeland is a strictly 18+ venue for patrons attending the following shows: Suavé, La Teaze, and Ripped. To ensure compliance with age restrictions, we mandate the presentation of valid identification upon entry.

Our kid’s show, Circus Fun House is the sole exception, welcoming patrons under 18; however, they must be accompanied by a parent or guardian who is at least 18 years old.

No, guests are strictly not permitted to bring outside food or drinks into Pink Flamingo Brisbane for any show. We offer a wide variety of delicious food and drink options at the venue, ensuring a fantastic experience for everyone.

We want your celebration to be as special as possible and are able to offer theming opportunities in the Gold or Platinum Lounge for Gold and Platinum ticket holders. Unfortunately, we do not have any other areas suitable for decoration.
